Overview:
The insulation test integrated control cabinet is composed of a digital partial discharge detection system and a digital withstand voltage test console. The two digital modules are monitored and controlled by a computer. The upper computer contains a set of monitoring software, and the lower computer contains three sets of embedded software.
Function
The system has Chinese interface, and different sub screens are selected for control operation. The computer unit can be used for function expansion, data analysis and processing of the system.
The software interface displays input voltage, input current, output voltage and output leakage current (test object current).
Other operation interfaces can be added as required, and each operation interface has interlocking function.
Each operation interface is equipped with an emergency button, which can be pressed in case of emergency. The system will trip immediately and cut off the test power supply. The other functions are operated by the buttons on the LCD screen.

Real time display of high and low voltage voltage, current, time and withstand voltage results, which is intuitive and clear.
Perfect over-voltage and over-current protection, arbitrarily set output voltage, upper limit of high and low-voltage current and timing time.
The test time can be set at will, and the second or minute can be selected as the basic unit.
The software has the function of return to zero detection. The test can be carried out after the voltage return to zero is determined, which is safe and reliable.
Approximate voltage regulation algorithm, automatic withstand voltage timing after reaching the set voltage, automatic voltage reduction and return to zero after timing, and automatic grounding after returning to zero, safe and reliable.
Excellent software and hardware anti-interference design, a variety of anti-interference means, adapt to the harsh electromagnetic environment.
When the current exceeds the set high and low voltage current, the voltage output will be automatically cut off, the voltage will be reduced to zero, and the sound and light alarm will occur.
The test results can be saved digitally (relevant measurement parameters can be found in the saved file).
