Overview:
The filter device is mainly used to reduce the pulse, harmonic and high frequency interference from the power supply system in the plant area, so as to improve the quality of the power supply at the low voltage side of the test equipment. The power filter is composed of two-stage series low-pass filter with dry structure. The structure of low-pass filter is a single-phase π type filter network composed of inductors and capacitors in series or in parallel. It is characterized by small impedance of low-frequency power supply and large attenuation of high-frequency interference, which can effectively suppress high-frequency interference from power grid and ensure normal operation of electrical equipment.
The harmonic filter consists of a fifth harmonic filter and a seventh harmonic filter in series. Each filter has a LC resonant circuit composed of inductors and capacitors in series. Each resonant circuit is a band-pass filter with resonance frequencies of 250Hz and 350Hz. Its function is to eliminate the fifth and seventh harmonics of the power grid, reduce the waveform distortion rate of the test power supply and improve the quality of the power supply.
