Overview
Impulse voltage generator is a device to generate impulse voltage wave, which is used to test the insulation performance of power when withstanding atmospheric overvoltage and switching overvoltage. Therefore, impulse voltage generator can not only generate lightning impulse voltage waveform, lightning impulse voltage cut-off wave, lightning impulse voltage steep wave, but also generate switching impulse voltage waveform.
This series of impulse voltage generator can be used for impulse voltage test and other scientific research on insulator string, long air gap, bushing, transformer, transformer, etc.
Main features
The complete set of equipment is complete with complete voltage level.
The inductor of the impulse voltage generator is small, and the band stop filter is adopted. The standard shock wave can still be generated under large capacity load, and the load capacity is large.
The voltage utilization coefficient is high, and the lightning wave and operation wave are not less than 90% and 80% respectively.
The shock body has compact structure, beautiful appearance, convenient wave modulation, simple operation, good synchronization performance and reliable action.
It adopts SCR or LC constant current charging automatic control technology, with high degree of automation and strong anti-interference ability.
The digital measurement and analysis system of impulse waveform and the microcomputer on-line processing system of impulse test data are used to greatly improve the technical level and efficiency of impulse voltage test.
100kV ~ 1200kV series impulse voltage generators can produce eight kinds of impulse voltage waveforms, including standard lightning wave, operation wave, lightning cut-off wave, oscillation lightning wave, rapping operation wave, line insulator steep wave, composite insulator steep wave and transformer induced operation wave.
The main technical indexes are in the leading position in China and reach the advanced level of similar products in the world.
